F50 Manual Conveyor

The F50 conveyor system is used to manually transport products suspended on a carrier trolley that runs on a C-profile. The CT system consists of a standard high-quality C-profile welded together with flanges and a carrier trolley inside. The trolleys can be mounted on a swivel-type bracket to either manually or automatically turn products during e.g. during surface treatment through a paint booth.
The system allows for automatic transport of trolleys in specific areas of the system. For larger and heavier products, 2 – 4 trolleys are built together with underlying cross bars and/or a loading boom, from which the products are suspended.

Depending on the area the system will be installed in, the CT-profiles can be supplied with different finishes to suit your specific requirements. We have a broad range of standard components and modules, which ensures a short delivery time.

F80 Manual Conveyor
